These methods are steeped in artisan spirit and have the precision of science. Using these methods with our state of the art brewing system allows us to produce hand crafted beers that are pure, free of added chemicals and preservatives, full of flavor and rich in character. Generations of brewers have combined their knowledge to bring you this pint.

ALPHA BOMB

IPA • 6.6% alc./vol.

Alpha bomb is a hazy, aromatic IPA that focuses on the intense flavours and aromas provided by our selected hop strains. Every aspect of the methods used to create this brew is designed to showcase the beauty of hops.

PREMIUM PILSNER

Pilsner • 5.2% alc./vol.

A new world take on an old-world classic that is decidedly light and refreshing. Brewed in the finest traditions and using only premium ingredients, this golden lager always hits the spot.

GOLD

Lagered Ale • 5.0% alc./vol.

Deep gold in colour and sparkling clear. Aromas of crackers, toasted bread crust and fresh-cut grass. Clean flavour of pale malt, reminiscent of water crackers, finishing with a clean and crisp noble hop flavour, its slightly grassy with a mild green herbal character. Dry and clean with a mild and lingering bitterness.

CANADIAN

Amber • 5.2% alc./vol.

A balanced amber ale, designed to highlight the sweet and toasty richness of caramel malts while remaining clean and sessionable. Featuring local Cascade hops grown a stone’s throw from the brewery in Pontiac, QC, they bring a clean earthy bitterness and a subtle citrus character.

BONGO

Grapefruit Radler • 2.9% alc./vol.

Bongo Radler is a juicy, quaffable drink with 50-50 Grapefruit soda and blonde ale. We reduce our hop IBUs and flavour below the perception threshold to highlight a big grapefruit flavour. All-natural and 2.9% ABV, this is the perfect warm-weather patio beer.

RELEASE THE HOUNDS

Black IPA • 6.2% alc./vol.

A multiple gold medal winner. Unfiltered, dry-hopped and layered with roasted malts, this Black IPA blends big hoppy flavours with complex mocha notes.

BIG BOOT

Hefeweizen • 4.8% alc./vol.

A deep cloudy yellow, this hazy beer is full of flavour- dominated by fruit and spice- while remaining thirst-quenching, refreshing and sessionable. It’s fermented with a traditional German hefeweizen strain which creates the unique fruit and spice character that defines this beer.

¡HOLA!

Cerveza • 4.7% alc./vol.

Brewed to be light, easy-drinking and refreshing. This lager pours with a dense and lasting pure-white foam, and is a bright straw yellow. Hints of malt, corn, flowers and hay can be pulled from the aroma, while the flavour adds a note of crack and sweet grain. Light in body with a soft carbonation, and a mild dry bitterness. Best enjoyed with a plate full of tacos!

SHAKEDOWN THE AWAKENING

West Coast IPA • 6.1% alc./vol.

A delicious and crushable West Coast IPA. Slightly hazy and beautifully aromatic, with flavours of juicy tropical fruits. Perfect Beer For A Hop-Head!

KNICKERS IN A KNOT

Dryhopped Brown Ale • 5.6% alc./vol.

This beer combines bold hop and malt character to create a flavourful and unique flavour profile. Generously hopped with Sabro, which brings aromas and flavours of coconut, lime and pine, matched with a complex grain bill that layers in flavours of chocolate, mocha, coffee and roast. Full-bodied and full of flavour, it finishes with a clean dry bitterness and notes of cream.

BONGO TEQUILIMA

Cerveza Radler • 2.9% alc./vol.

A new addition to the Bongo lineup, this Cerveza Radler is truly one of a kind! Flavours of tequila and lime make this brew refreshing, thirst quenching and super crushable. This will be your new summer fav.

FRIKA FRUTA

Pineapple Pink Guava Sour • 5.8% alc./vol.

Pairing a tart and fruity base beer with copious amounts of pineapple and pink guava sounded like a delicious idea. So we did it. The pink guava lends its exotic and distinct aroma, backed up by the juicy sweetness of pineapple. An explosion of pineapple dominates the flavour, with background notes of tropical punch and white grapefruit. Tart with a balanced acidity, it finishes juicy and bright.

TARTAN PANTS

Smoked Scottish Export • 6.4% alc./vol.

There’s nothing wee about this Scotch Ale! The body is rich and smooth, with flavours that move from caramel to raisin to molasses. Smoked malt gives it a touch of peatiness that takes it over the top.

TALES FROM THE PATCH

Spiced Porter • 5.8% alc./vol.

We start with a dark porter that uses a careful blend of specialty malts designed to create flavours of honey and graham crackers, complemented by a rich addition of milk sugar. We then infuse a cornucopia of spices so that it tastes like homemade pumpkin pie with whipped cream, only better, because it’s beer.
